As our store is currently run by limited employees and products are handcrafted twice a week please allow one to two business days for order to process. Larger orders might take more days to process.

Delays might occur depending on holidays and weather changes in New York where we are based from.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to protect employees and customer's health safety, we are currently not accepting returns due to COVID-19 pandemic until further notice. If any issues arise, however, please feel free to contact us and allow 24 hours for a reply. Thank you!
